Gabriel Infante was born in Hoboken, New Jersey, on January 30, 1973. He was admitted to the Bar in 2000, and is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
Education: Mr. Infante received his undergraduate degree from the College of Holy Cross in 1995 (BA). He obtained his law degree from New York Law School in New York City in 1999 (J.D.). He served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable Donald R. Venezia, Bergen County Superior Court Judge Criminal Division, Hackensack, New Jersey, 1999-2000.
Appointments: Mr. Infante was previously employed as corporate counsel for the United Water Suez in their Regulatory Business Department and represented the water company before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. Member: Mr. Infante is a member of the American Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association and the New York Law School Alumni Association.
Practice Areas: Mr. Infante has recently joined the firm of Biagiotti, Marino & Montecallo, P.C., on an "of counsel" basis. Mr. Infante is experienced in the areas of labor, criminal, municipal, commercial, social security/disability and real estate law. He has also enjoyed a successful career as a high school football coach at Memorial High School in West New York, New Jersey (1997-2000); Queen of Peace High School in North Arlington, New Jersey (2003-2005); Bergen Catholic High School in Oradell, New Jersey (2006-2007); and in December of 2007, Mr. Infante was named the Head Football Coach at Paramus Catholic High School in Paramus, New Jersey.
