Mr. Biagiotti was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, on March 5, 1948. He was admitted to the Bar in 1974, and is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New Jersey and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
